Method 1

1 - Switch ON mobile with a SIM card that is not allowed,
2 - Enter Unlock Code we send to you.

Method 2

1 - Switch ON mobile with a disallowed SIM Card,
2 - The message "PUK2" appears,
3 - Enter the Unlock Code we send to you.
4 - When the phone asks for a new PIN code enter : 0000
5 - Compose and confirm : 0000**
6 - Click "Finish" and phone will show "Network is locked..."
7 - Enter the Unlock Code we send to you and click "Finish"
8 - Restart the Mobile which will now be Unlocked !
