Download the remote unlock application from here.  The application supports ONLY Windows XP & 2000.

HOW TO GENERATE YOUR LOG FILE

1 - Backup all data from your phone!

      The unlock procedure will do a hard reset of your phone.

      With a recent backup (Active Sync feature) you can restore your data easily.

2 - Remove the SD Card from phone

3 - Enter BOOTLOADER

      (White screen should show "Serial" on the device in this mode)

      Hold down [POWER] and [RECORD] buttons at the same time and RESET the phone.

      RESET: Stick the stylus in the RESET hole under the phone.

4 - Connect the phone to your PC

      White screen should now show "USB"

      If not make sure Active Sync is installed and firewall software does not prevent connectivity to your phone.

5 - Run the unlock application (HTCPPCPEv1Unlock.exe) on your pc.

      Data extraction usually takes 1 minute.

      If it takes longer close the program.

      Check your firewall settings, disable antivirus software, close all applications running in the background and try again.

6 - Save the extracted file to your pc hard disk and upload it using the form below.
