Motorola Unlock Instructions

Before attempting to use your credit to unlock your phone , you should use the free (no credit will be used up) Info Read or Check Unlock Possibility function to verify that the application can correctly communicate with your phone and your phone can be unlocked prior to purchase:

1. Open the phunlock.com Moto Unlocker application

2. Enter free use User name and Password (User : test Pass : test)
NOTE: Login info is case sensitive!

3. Press connect

4. Select your phone model from the drop down box next to 'Motorola' and highlight "Info Read" or "Check Unlock Possibility" from the box below.
Note: The "Check Unlock Possibility" option only appears on phone models that have various firmware versions; some of which our server may not be able to unlock yet. If you do not see this option it means our server DOES support all firmware versions of your phone, however you should continue with this test using the "Info Read" option to verify proper communication with the phone.

5. Connect your phone and switch it on.

6. Wait until your phone has finished booting up.

7. Press start

8. Wait for the software to display all the information about your phone in the left window. If the Check Unlock Possibility option was used, the application will inform you if your phone can be unlocked by our server.

Unlocking your Motorola phone online is in two stages detailed below in the required order.
1- Software Installation: Installation of the unlock client and Drivers so our server can communicate with your phone 2- Unlocking: The actual SIM unlocking of your phone carried out by our server. All software required can be downloaded from here: The downloaded zip file (phunlock_moto_unlocker.zip) file contains: 1- PhUnlockMotoUnlockerSetup.exe (File): The unlock application to be installed. This will also install all required drivers.

Actual Unlock
Note: You need to purchase a credit for this function. This function will use up your credit! 1. Open phunlock.com Moto Unlocker application 2. Enter your user name and password supplied by us. 3. Press connect 4. Select your phone model from the drop down box next to 'Motorola', and highlight "Unlock" from the drop down box below. 5. Connect your phone and switch it on. 6. Wait until your phone has finished booting up. 7. Press start 8. Wait until the window on the left says "Verified success", and stops. 9. Completed! Restart your phone and it is now unlocked ! Note : On some models, the client will read the unlock codes rather than directly unlock the handset. If this happens with your phone, take a note of the unlock code. Disconnect your phone from the cable. Put a SIM card into the phone that is NOT currently accepted. You should be asked to 'Enter subsidy code'. Enter that code you made a note of earlier and press 'OK'. Your phone is now unlocked.
