2) Select "Disable Certificate Security" and proceed

3) Agree to the terms and conditions

4) Enter your details (Name, Email, Mobile phone number, IMEI number) and click OK If your phone IS registered then you should receive a message on your phone confirming that your Certificate Security has been disabled. If it is NOT been registered you will receive an error, and will have to download a registry application by completing the following steps:

1) Click the registry application link on the error page to go to the registry application page

2) Select "Download to my PC" and click OK

3) Once downloaded, copy the "ActionRegister.ARM.cab" from your PC to your phone via ActiveSync.

4) Now using File Explorer (on your phone), execute and install "ActionRegister.ARM.cab ".

5) From the Programs menu choose the "Action Register Application"

6) Make sure your phone number is correct in the field provided, if it's not correct please enter in the correct phone number

7) Click on the register button

8) Click yes on the confirmation page

9) Make a connection to the Internet Your phone should now be registered and now repeat the first 4 Application Unlocking steps above.
